My wife and I can pretty much turn something around in a day and that includes painting, cleaning and some minor stuff (i.e. light bulbs, rekeying, etc).So that is the one thing that I really want to dump.

They will be familiar with the local requirements, don't just hire a locksmith and cowboy it.In general you can secure the property but you cannot deny access so you will not want to change the locks on all the doors, leave one unchanged to provide access.
