Zoom/Meet Ups Oregon

Hey BP readers!! I have been in real estate for a few years now. The company I am with is family owned. We were partnered with VRM, we used to work with them a lot on foreclosure homes. We would have to contract trash outs, yard maintenance and a lot of the time contractors to come out and fix what was needed fixing for the home to be able to sell in the next few months (little things like drywall patching, re-keying, etc). Each time we sold the homes I knew the buyers were going to gain equity off this home after fixed up. A lot were investors buying these homes. ANYWAYS I was wanting to see if there were any meet ups or zoom calls that happen here in Oregon. I am located Clackamas just 20min from Portland! I would like to expand my knowledge by sitting in and listening to see what each investor looks for in a home and hopefully investing myself. This is not to solicit, would like to be apart of meet ups if possible!
