The tech sector is expanding.

If you want to be proactive, set up an access panel from the get-go so that when something breaks a plumber isn't rushing around with creating an access point, since you have a panel that was set up at a leisurely pace X years prior (no guarantee that your plumber will be all that great at putting siding back).

That's the risk you must be willing to take, unless your tenants work for the local schools, hospitals and other service sectors.

Tactix is a good firm, however, they are office brokers focusing mostly on legal and healthcare sector. 

@David Turnage Class D properties are considered a specialty Real Estate Class, If you do not currently work in the D-Class arena, You'll want to make sure you partner with someone that has experience in this sector.

That was the sector’s first such deal.

It will effect certain sectors, certainly, but the impact has yet to be seen and we don't know how this thing will turn out.
