But based on the titles I am assuming Wealth management would be a good one or Leadership.

That said, voters could finally get tired of the current city leadership and replace all of them with people who are not anti-business.

The leadership of the city doing what is in the best interest of their citizens instead of the latest bright-shiny to chase around social justice warrior nonsense is a pretty easy bet to make. 

A lot of it comes down to setting guidelines up front and understanding the process you need to take to retain leadership in that relationship.

Are there channels to find reliable contractors experienced in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or along similar lines with investor/budget-friendly prices?

I'm not certain what the future holds for these deals once the stimulus money runs out or whether I will ever get my capital back.While we are staring at a tidal wave of foreclosures in residential and commercial real estate coming in the next few months, the stock market has recovered its losses, partly due to the leadership of companies that are actually benefitting from lockdowns.

Make sure you learn their history, culture, try to get know their leadership, do research on their company history and try to come up with the decision yourself.
