I have been watching my local market the past couple of years saving money and building credit for my first property.  

I have watched him build his business over the last 10 years or so.

I’m currently renovating my first property (purchased as a foreclosure) specifically for a student rental but chose finishes that many people watching from afar have said are “too nice” for a student rental.

After 2 plumbers/sewer inspections, they both recommended that I just watch it and use root killer twice per year.

My guess is they are people that watch a lot of YouTube and TikTok, but are not actually real estate investors.  

For now, I suppose the best I can do is hide and watch.

Keep watching the property and wait for a price cut.

My sister attended, and the foreclosed condo owner attended with his twin brother to watch.
