I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..   

I'm a first-time homebuyer looking to start my real estate investing journey and would appreciate some advice.

First, is the $35k the annual rent from each condo and is that coming from the STR activity report from the seller?

So, if you have 10 units and you are going to pay $1,500 a month and you are working on an active income job, too, this is an easy switch due to the labor mentally and physically (even if it is just phone calls) to get these rentals running as a well-oiled machine.  

I'd love to connect - I'm licensed in AL and actively work with Foreign Nationals, I am working a portfolio deal right now for someone who also lives in Israel. 

In my opinion it would be cleaner to split partnership based on monetary contribution and then remunerate each active party for their work if the active work is more on one partner than the other.
