While others are "Cars have to be within 5.25 inches of the yellow parking line designating your parking space".I have a feeling if they have that in their Bylaws or rules you are going to have a difficult time getting it changed.

Needless to say, they were not happy with my revised offer based on the real numbers and the deal fell through.When I did the due diligence, I went and talked to every tenant (there were less than 20) to verify the financials, walked every inch of the property to look for needed capital expenditures and deferred maintenance, talked directly to the utility companies...

The interior paneling was usually a  3/16 inch photo finished veneer very light weight and the exterior siding was aluminum which was also very lightweight.
