Actually buy it for 70-80 k and you are talking an immense return.  

Some insurance will cover, some they won't, but regardless the headache is immense.

BP helped me immensely in my beginning stages. 

With an education resource as massive as BP it is important to make an effort every day to stay focused on your goals, and not be distracted by the immense amount of info that is available.

The forums at Credit Karma helped me immensely, and I found good form letters to use when approaching credit agencies to remove derogatory marks when paying old medical debt in full. 

I have read some of the blogs and have gained immense amount of knowledge.

I have been noticing that the average rent in Tacoma - and surrounding areas - has gone up immensely.

As I planned to come into huge equity gain from the sale of my house I already know the basic of getting back to zero with taking out all the debt and I have been able to reduce my spending immensely.
