I get it, they are trying to make sure these properties are safe for human occupancy but as you and I both know, there are way bigger fish to fry in Canton and properties in A LOT worse condition.Just baffles me that someone like me, comes into town, tries to help clean up some properties and I get hounded for things that are not a big deal in my opinion.

I have been volunteering with local Habitat for Humanity groups to learn how to renovate houses, and currently looking for my first house hack or flip in the southeastern MA area (have been looking at areas such as Barnstable, Plymouth, and Bristol counties). 

I'm still searching for that perfect local bank that treats me like a human and not their own personal ATM.

However, we are all human, and businesses always have room to improve, which we are always trying to work on. 

Always ALWAYS draft out the most thorough agreement humanly possible.

Spruce up the property and rent it to a tenant you've screened and selected who is willing to pay market rent and treat you with basic human dignity.

As humans we are all greedy.

The options are either the tenant pays for the damage of any of their household occupants, human or animal, or they get evicted.
