Again, not to sound harsh, but a lot of people lose money here doing things like this. 

Karen-that's alittle harsh .I am just asking how to go about it.Just because i am still learning about this business doesn't mean i need to change careers.

And generally don't try to buy too small or too harsh a demographic as both will make it harder to remotely manage.

It pains me to read the harsh criticisms of my profession, but there is no escaping the truth.

Thinking that the moisture was a result of badly prepped work, we had professionals take out the floorboard, prepped the concrete, added assailant chemical and installed an epoxy coated floor about 6 weeks ago.We came back yesterday and saw bubbles in some parts of the new floor, mostly in the same spot where the wooden floor had buckled, but also in other areas where the floorboard seemed to be ok before.

I've found way more note deals in the past month or two than I have money to buy and I don't have a fund.Sorry I don't mean to be harsh it has just been irritating me lately.

@Matt Helpingstine  I use a repair company called Expert Pools and a pool service for chemicals and cleaning called Americana pools.
