How do I enforce appointment times and prevent tenants getting harassed?

My advice, if you already explained in your letters that you are not a wholesaler or other huckster, do not call or further harass them.

Stating I'm harassing and intimidating tenants and the manager.

Our second nightmare with landscaping began when a frustrated former tenant who moved across the street began harassing our new tenants and unplugging the sprinkler systems each day, nearly killing our new grass.Our property managers sent her ‘cease and desist’ letters, and the harassment ended.We fixed up the roofing and removed an old chimney that was no longer useful.

Unfortunately, he was not mentally stable and began harassing me (and my insurance agent).

And of course, Covid didn't help either.So now we're at 2 weeks since the eviction & I would call the endless barrage of rude texts to be harassment at the very least.

We can’t even sell the house in good conscience for fear he’ll attack or harass the new owners.

I suppose I could attempt the " harassments" angle, but that wont solve my parking problem.

The first market transferred me to the treasury office/ collections and they didn’t really know what I was asking for, and in the second, the woman on the phone said she “didnt feel comfortable giving me that information because I am going to call distressed people and she didn’t like that” and I feel that she was not being helpful at all and didn’t understand that I was offering a potential solution rather than harassing them.
