do you use a har dmoney lender as a middle man or lend directly?

Its on har, zillow, trulia, Craigslist, etc.

They way we were able to continue to buy properties is because we used har money loans and private money loans and we built an investor network that helped us create a system of finding properties, funding the initial purchase, fixing the property, finding long term financing, finding the tenant buyers and then managing the properties.  

Let me share to you a qoute by Alice Boyes that says “No one can reduce mistakes to zero, but you can learn to harness your drive to prevent them and channel it into better decision-making,”Mistakes do tend to happen but what do we gain from it?

“Fear” can be harnessed and used in a productive manner to fuel and drive us.

The idea that you have to just get good at one thing and keep bringing the value is the ideal way to become a person that others will in turn start coming to because they see and want to harness that value!

We use Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) here in Houston - not sure what the equivalent is for Brooklyn. 

I know the power of it, just haven't been disciplined enough to harness it.
