Not only did they begin to treat me a little differently (making more calls, making offers in my company's name without my say because they think it's a good deal, which actually ended up making me lose $2,030 on an EMD) but then I started failing to perform as a leader, I went from daily morning meetings going through everyone's daily reports and going through a couple hand picked calls, and I made everyone give their input on each call, good and bad.

I have been looking into investing in notes but I am a little hesitant because What is the pay structure (How much I need to pay them and how frequent) and the services that Loan Servicing companies offer Is there a certain amount of minimum loans that they will serviceIn the case of a delinquency how would I go about the foreclosure processIf you can provide any feedback on these questions of mine or provide targeted links for me to do some more personal research whether it be on BP or an external source.Thanks in advance :)

I would if I had to but I have been successful at SFRs buying this year so I would like to buy a bunch in the 1031 window that I hand pick, even with same majority ownership on the individual SFR LLCs to adhere to 1031 rules of like-kind.My main question is can I even do it?

In this case, you would treat your attic floor as you would an external wall and place sufficient insulation over the structural members (including attachment points of rafters) to mitigate {as it may not be possible to eliminate} thermal bridging through the attic floor / top-story ceiling assembly.
