.- File all receipts in a dedicated Google Drive folder.

Check county recordsUse online search tools like PropStream, Reonomy, PropertyShark, etc.Use local GIS mapping tools (ask your county)Search online directories for LLC or TrustTalk to neighborsHire a skip tracerSend a letter to the propertyThere are a lot of options.

So art my 401 k since 2010 was doing 11% to 12% (google,Microsoft, Meta, Amazon...etc).   

I would recommend searching for local Facebook groups to find events to attend.

I did a quick google search yesterday trying to find one in my area and got a lot of corporate type responses eg fill out this form and check the website etc.

Just this week, we've re-opened our search for a rock-star mobile app designer who will lead the charge from user experience perspective. 

So I'm guessing I can get a DSCR loan; my basic googling shows that they cost around $10k to close; which seems very high for my strategy; considering I'd be holding this for 2-3 months maximum.Getting HELOC seems another way, but I don't necessarily have that much equity that I can tap into.
