This may or may not make sense depending on your ratio of days on the road vs the property.If you do go with SC, I would again recommend looking outside of city limits (doesn't have to be in the mountains, just not the city itself).

Just keep buying one every year and after a while it’s two and then you get FI.

Right now, I work as chemist at PPG, but I'm looking into REI as a means of FI, and I found BP!

At 50/door it will take years upon years to make 5k passive to reach FI.
