I had a pretty in-depth project involving SROs in Brooklyn a short while ago.

Overhead door location and height, width and depth of space, bathroom locations and electrical and plumbing rough-ins etc.

The best thing of course is to consult an experienced tax pro and review your entire situation in depth.

This type of experience allows the inspector to spot structural integrity issues (again, one of my few deal-breakers), and it also helps the inspector have an in-depth familiarity of what various issues will cost to fix.
