Ask too at the C-store, gas station, flower shop, what ever businesses there are.

You need to be very careful how you word your rules.For example saying the garage door shall be closed at all times unless entering or exiting with a vehicle....means you can never clean out your garage, never be able to paint some flower pots in your garage and lif the door so you don't drop dead.

Bought some bright colored flowers/plants for cheap at Home Depot (got my doors there too).

However, in the past 4 weeks this woman has called the police at least 8 times complaining on everything from loud noise at 4AM in the morning to someone pulling fowers ot of her flower bed. people in my house are pulling flowers out of her flower bed.

Keep all hostas, and day liles these can be spilt and use else where in you new flower beds.

If its a woman send her flowers.

In keeping this in relation to the thread, I was once fired when I was just 19 years old for keeping the gate open at a Flower/Garden shop... swore that would never happen again!

It may be more than your $4,000 budget, but tends to make the house more attractive as a rental.If the front yards aren't large, you can do a cobblestone center surrounded by free form raised flower beds with a few resistant plants like junipers, and let the tenant plant their own flowers if they want them.

Okay a couple quick notes- Just cause I'm curious- 1st picture starting after exterior- the kitchen picture with table- you may want to remove the table- yes the kitchen has eating space but the table where it is also makes kitchen look smaller than it is- Open the kitchen window and take a better picture.Second picture- nice arch and windows- mat in the middle of the walk way looks out of place.3rd picture- Open the window and get some light in the house- remove the cups/plates and just add a runner on the table and then the flowers.4th picture- Umm why is there a outside sitting chair in what seems to be room- confused.5th picture- weird place for the couch- you may want to move it to where the tv is or maybe where the window is-room looks awkward- yeah definately where the window is and then maybe two chairs- some pillows with a bit of color.6th picture- weird thing on wall- tv and mat again in weird place.7th picture- what room is this and why is there a weird shaped sideway window?
