Mid May I finished a rehab.  

Can anyone recommend a company that offers a builders risk policy to cover the construction period but then will also allow a cancellation and refund after work is finished to convert into a standard landlord policy.  

The good news is that it's never to late to start!

Will have docs to title late today and either close tomorrow or Monday latest.

Plus we know that SCI was late paying the taxes this year and paying the village the water bill (we have another person on our board that works for the town we live in) who knew this (we pay the park for water and they pay the village).

FYI in my case I was lucky, as I profitably sold some properties late 2021 and early 2022.

Having a big house with our own bedrooms but a shared living space to gather late at night, that's something a hotel just can't provide.And here in Colorado, there's no such thing as a motel in the thick of the woods.
