A friend of mine's father passed away after selling the house to a reverse mortgage company. 

I'm going into this with my father 50/50 so we will both split the extra 300 per month until we can raise rents.  

My father is my RE agent so I know he always has my best interest in mind.

I work with my father @ his building/remodeling company.

My cousin has power of attorney for his parents, and within the past three years, his father has signed over all the shares of the family business / corporation to him.  

I just recently caught the first two parts of a presentation you and your father gave.

I just recently bought a house with my father and the foundation in the north west corner of the house has fell one foot below the floor.

I also did a quick search on my fathers license, he has his managing license and in the past has been a managing broker, his is license is listed as 'Employing Level Real Estate Broker - Associate'  .

I'm sure the cash flow is good though.My father had a similar strategy.

I'd imagine since everything would be brand new and my father and I have been doing renovations on houses that it wouldn't cost me too much to turn the downstairs into a couple of 600$ a month apartments.
