It's fascinating to see how the rental prices relative to property value fluctuate as you move towards/away from the downtown metro area.  

I was always fascinated by seeing something being made possible from just an idea on paper.I am hoping this website will provide me with a wealth of invaluable information and advice as I work to be a real estate investor.My very first project (which I'm still in the planning stages of) is my first home which I will use as my springboard/dive in to real estate investing and construction: I am hoping to buy a house in its foreclosure/short sale stage or a fairly run down property and subsequently "remodel" (but really rebuild) from ground up.My budget is tight and could be bordering unrealistic for the type of house I want and the neighborhood I'm looking at, but I don't give up too easily and believe that if I ask enough people enough questions, I can just about make it :)Anyway, that's me!

I hear some of the guru's speak about algorithms and various methods as a way of determining the best areas to market in ('best' meaning dollar wise), and that kind of stuff fascinates me, and I would love to know if there is a way for me to find this stuff out?

Must be my teenager's influence.The part that fascinates me, is how many people will start their post with a version of, "I haven't read the entire discussion, but..." and then they say something that makes you agree with them...that they didn't read the entire discussion...and you wonder if they read more than a few posts to base their statements on.exWhat's a shame is the OP stated I think somewhere on page 2 that he was venting, based on a couple of bad things going against him, and then made his case...which made more sense.  

Actually it was fascinating to see the salesmen and saleswomen in action.

They tend to be too smart for their own good :)  I find it fascinating as it's unrestricted manifestation of an emotion, fear, that the brain justifies with logic and reason.  

I have always been fascinated by real estate along the lakeshore of Lake Michigan and decided to go full time into Real Estate as a Realtor and Real Estate Investor.

He said that the voters in this country by enlarge, are independent conservative centrists and every time one ruling party tries to pull too far to either direction, the voters are fast to react.I would also add that the demographic in this country is changing and it will be fascinating to see in four or eight years the direction.

I am currently attending a university as a sophomore and I find myself not at all interested in school but fascinated by economics.
