Last year we failed to check the new construction numbers with the city and low and behold the 4 plex market has exploded and over 30 brand new units hit the market this year alone.

A custom home builder I know has experienced the same thing and the last couple of years his business has exploded to the point he now has 2-3 super's, office staff, and a CM with plans to expand into another city.

I have seen the industry & population growth in Columbus explode, and effectively it has raised our housing prices.
