@Shawn KenyonWhen someone comes to us with an exotic animal for a service pet we fall back on our insurance policy when denying them the ability to keep the pet.

And unless and until they do, they will be suseptible to believing that interest savings gained through prepaying principal is somehow related to exotic formulas, third party instruments, etc.Indeed, a bigger question is if it is beneficial to pay off early, or pay down a low interest mortgage. 

Its becoming very trendy and popular for people to reconnect with humanity and what a better way than a tiny house in an exotic get away location.
