@Sean Abrams I'm echoing what others have said before, but I recommend succeeding locally before embarking on somewhere new.If you decide to skip that step and invest in another area make sure you have boots on thr ground.

Over the course of this month I have been learning everything it is I can about investing in real estate and guess what I'm still just as eager to learn and do as I was when I decided to embark upon this journey!

A friend and I are embarking on a 16 unit building and splitting the financial burden, which is the easy part to divide up.

Volvo just announced a billion dollar plant and Me recedes just announced a 500 million dollar investment.. 14 new hotels under construction with the major cruise ship industry building a embarkation facility which is huge..
