Great leaders get the most out of other people not by pushing or pulling but through modeling and personalized support.

It'll be confusing in the short term, I think people assume it's inflationary.

people will sue for anything these days. 

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and am happy to share my experiences through my first 4 years in real estate with anybody who's looking to get started.

I don't think that I'd personally trade that in for STR or multi family, the hassle of people is much more than dealing with the hassle of a warehouse business at least in my mind.but if the cash gets your overall portfolio to a place you'd prefer more then go for it, but personally the current deal sounds awesome.
