Industrial is booming right now due to the rise of e-commerce but you need to pick your spots as the old "build it and they will fill it" doesn't work everywhere when it comes to industrial. 

Why pay for someone to build an e-commerce website that makes me money?

I spent ~ 6 years years in the Marines and now work remotely for largest E-Commerce company in the US (good ol' Amazon), as a Senior Supply Chain Manager (since 2017).

You want to be able to physically talk to the person in your account and not just talk to the sales team.Other qualification can be- How much time will you be spending on my account- will you report the search terms *very important*- will I own my account *RUN if they say no*- Ask what they think of the landing page *how well will it convert*- Do they have a partner badge- Do they experience in your industry- Do they have experience in your field *so don't hire an e-commerce company to find you, motivated sellers,*What to watch out for with an Adwords manager- Mixing display campaign data with search campaign dataCPC is dirt cheap with display clicks compared with search, so it will seem that your avg CPC is lower than it really is on search.

As I mention my credit score will be mess another several years but I can buy 7 - 8 of these kind of deals in cash I can generate $9 to $12,000 monthly passive income.I am 29 years old and I have several ecommerce companies since 18 years old , I am kind of tired of dealing with business customers,problems,people and lies etc that going in the business so I want to invest my saving to generate headache free income so I can still make money and keep the headache free small businesses for fun that can generate me another $7K- $10K with out issue so I will be fine with $12K passive and $7-10K with small little issues income.Again , I appreciate your help , Thank you for your quick respond again.
