You can change what numbers it rings etc,  so you can transfer who gets the calls from the number or even have it ring several numbers at same time. 

Through my cleaners, pms (Lodgify) and 3rd party apps (schalge home lock, ring doorbell, google home, turno, jervis), 95% of the property management is automated and i spend less than 1hr per week on property related tasks. 

And those names on that list are ringing true from it.

I want to encourage individuals to get into the ring and seize those investment chances with both hands.

If you sign right away, though, there's a great chance you won't back out afterward.On the upside, it sounds like you did exactly what the salesman was "testing" your ability to do - you made a snap decision, while somebody was in your ear trying to push you the other way 🙂

The best deals are situational off-market ones,  so get the word out you are looking and keep your ear towards finding one.
