Also, most wall ovens aren't exactly 24/30/36" wide, make sure to look at the actual specs for dimensions if you are trying to keep the existing surround or cabinetry.You can borrow cabinet door/facing material by converting some existing cupboard to an open cubby, or you can change the facing material at the wall oven completely (think 'accent column' as a concept).

One last thought: I haven't seen it outside of large apartment buildings, but you might want to include a floor plan with room dimensions and such.

With everything being equal in terms of BTUs and dimensions I can buy them for half of that price at one of the big box stores and install them myself IF it's as simple as sliding them into the existing sleeve.
