Boeing decamped for Charelston there was a bunch of land there to build the new facility and good work force and right to work state.. not to mention its one heck of a tourist destination.. tons of collages the Citidel.. so on and so forth.So I then went to a long time GC family friend of ours that live in Vegas at the time but he spent many years at Hilton head.. great wind surfer..

As he's gotten older, the portion destined for Save and Spend have increased - though Spend is still the skinniest part of the cow.When we retrofit a building, he receives all the scrape metal (wiring, plumbing, doors/windows/siding), and in the past five years has done surprisingly well (the Cow has had to make a few trips to the bank to "poop" {as the boy likes to say}).

Being a tourist destination hotel taxes are a huge source of income for the city but at the same time it does not seem as though the city is completely against the idea either.

Not everybody wants to invest in Cleveland because, let's face it,....when have you EVER heard of anyone going on vacation in Cleveland....it is NOT a tourist destination and certainly does not have the appreciation in home values as almost anywhere else in the U.S.....What it does provide though is slow, steady, boring, gret cashflow.
