Ohio real estate was depressed for a prolonged period of time.

In areas of depressed or semi depressed which Rural PA is one its much easier to pull off than any where on the west coast were you are located.. 

How do you guys deal with falling into a depression with being an entrepreneur or business person?

A plane passing overhead will sound like a freight train and depress property values along those flight lines.

I have Glioblastoma Multiforrme😕 I don’t focus on it much anymore than I must cause it can be depressing but my philosophy is focus on living vs dying.

I don’t even want to think about how much I paid for it because it’s depressing but when it’s all said and done it should kill it in a rental program.

That bodes well for an increasing supply.Demand is a little depressed right now.

Many people get excited when they buy a new tv, or a new car, furniture etc, I get depressed, it's more like getting teeth drilled than anything else.
