This makes the transition much more challenging than if you were to just use Excel and Quickbooks in conjunction with free communication/collaboration apps for tenant/owner/internal communication until your generating enough cash flow for an investment in a customizable & scaleable software to make sense. 

It just isn't apples to apples and the accounting is setup in a non-customizable way that may not even work for our company.Lastly, the staff or "Implementation Team" is not very helpful and don't even seem very knowledgeable in their own software, that's if we can actually get them on the phone.Has anyone else had these issues with their switch?

They aren't super customizable but it is made for investors by investors and I am impressed at the amount of info they are able to pull in

It's $14 bucks a month per "employee" if you are using the Pro version (which I suggest), and it is highly customizable and great in building in automation.

It is user friendly and easily customizable.

Considering switching to TenantCould as they offer some additional features important to me such as customizable forms and e-Sign capability.

The script also has to be easily customizable with out costing an arm and a leg.
