Current thoughts would be to live in the ADU and rent out the main two units. 

I’m currently looking to invest in Kansas City, starting with a few fix-and-flips and eventually getting into residential development. 

The one guy I spoke with said they make money only when they sell to potential investors and they only sell new construction homes that are usually pre-leased to buyers (currently they are building in Texas state and Missouri State).

The quick and dirty:I have several projects going currently (2 flips and a new build STR.) 

Currently have two rentals and looking to grow the portfolio.

To make a long story short, they are no longer able to make payments on the property and are in danger of losing it.I have a rental property in Southern California that I currently own whose value if I sell should cover the outstanding loan balance on the farm.

The one I am current using is terrible.
