I am very new to real estate invetsting , not sure where to start. i would like to stay local to to los angeles i am also interested in las vegas.

First step is to find local investment-centric realtors in Las Vegas, Fresno, Albuquerque, Madison WI, or Reston, VA. 

I am currently active duty Air Force and I am getting ready to move to Las Vegas for my next duty station, I'm originally from small town Iowa and currently living in Texas.

It is tough finding these units in Las Vegas but I have a good friend that is a realtor and he's keeping a close eye on it for me.  

Problem is it's the same brick but colors are probably mismatched due to fading from being in the sun (this is in Las Vegas).But the concern is this-- the retaining walls are really part of the community fixtures that happens to be on the homeowner's property.

I'm a newbie in Las Vegas and I'm trying to close my first whole sale deal.
