Whats up guys. I'm a newbie in Las Vegas and I'm trying to close my first whole sale deal. My problem is that I need to add some conditions to my purchase agreement and have no clue how to word it. The conditions I need to add are "as is verbiage", and "no inspection period". Any help is greatly appreciated.
