While there are several complexes, there seems to only be duplexes concentrated in certain areas of zip codes, unlike other cities I've seen where almost a whole block is all duplexes.

For starters it depends if your concentrating on flips or rentals.

Phoenix has grown concentrically for decades and based on the planning models I see that trend is going to continue.
