To date, we have been buying mostly Pentair equipment, and loading the Pentair Screenlogic app onto a tablet that stays at the house, so renters can toggle from Pool to Spa mode, and adjust the Spa temperature.

I even know people who get trickles of water that come in through the clay blocks and then down the drain.I even know people that get a couple inches of water in their basements at least once every couple years, and its almost like they just treat it as a normal routine of clean up and then end up filling the space back up with furniture as though it'll never happen again .But i think the trend is startinv to change alot and basements are starting to become a more used space for beyond just storing stuff.

Then- if your really tricky you can use the GPS in your tablet or bluetooth your garmin into your computer- and you have a live map showing you where to drive too... or mark the maps and mail the owners, or print the maps and drive to the parks... anyway- that concludes Jim's Google earth Tips for the day... happy hunting!!

Can't say Always, and it depends on your location, but TX is known for highly expansive clay soils, which expand dramatically when wetted.

We had to remove the entire drain line from the sink connection to where it entered the outside sewer line; completely clogged with clay litter that was slowly turning into a cement version of the stuff.Gail
