I did the second cohort Open Spaces hosted and I can share my honest and very personal opinion about it.

A couple of months ago, I ran across one of Dave Meyer's videos, and that led me to the podcast, and that led me to the Real Estate Rookies podcast, and a host of others who I won't mention, but were nevertheless valuable.

I just checked, and while it does not appear that there are any upcoming events in central Illinois hosted by BP Members (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521-real-estate-events-...), it does look like there are some big ones in other parts of the state. 

I host one every other month in Middletown at the Red Fox restaurant.

I love hosting but some days it can be so frustrating. 

Anyhow, I feel like guest feedback, good and bad, only helps make one a better host!

Tropicana Imploded Early This Morning: The historic Tropicana hotel and casino was demolished in a dramatic implosion, marking the end of an era.

I use a management company: The Co-Host company and they are amazing.

Yet, both the guest and the host, considered experts, had no problem believing that.Cuba: foreigners can'y own property there, even if they wanted.Venezuela: the last place in the world I would invest but there's a ray of hope with the upcoming elections.

There're many groups that hosts can plug into...free Facebook groups and meetups.
