There's a separate detached carriage house with 3 garage stalls and a 2 bd/1 ba unit above it.

A year and a half later we're buying a new home in Louisville, a big old Victorian that comes with a carriage house we plan to rent and an attic apartment we plan to Airbnb.

The breakdown is three duplexes, one town home, and two single-family with carriage houses.

But today's Tesla is to today's Ford as the model T is to a horse drawn carriage.
