Wow, take a breath, based on what you wrote here you've earned it. 

After a bit more research, I actually think renting a place will get me started faster and earn some experience doing Airbnb with a little less risk involved.Obviously I still need to be concerned about not violating a lease agreement by doing so and I would likely live on the property and lot or all the time.Ownership is still the ultimate goal, but this looks a faster party to self driven income.

Many, but not ALL are only focused on the commissions he/ she will earn and not focused, on your best interests.

The connections you make can open doors, create opportunities, and even help shape the direction of your career.

So you might be living in the US or in Europe, investment properties are bought to outsource and earn from the cashflow.

For example, if they have to take 1/2 day off work and they earn $20/hour and they charge you $80, that would be hard for you to win IMO.

Whereas for me (at this stage of my investing career and my personal life) if a project is profitable and supports my ability to live somewhere with better cost of living and quality of life, the balance between the two can be just as valuable.
