Start eviction process.Call the police and have them arrested.

I set up a transactional mechanism for him to stay legal we did that for about a year then he went his own way again.. and again got turned in and he got arrested on a Friday night and put in Jail over the weekend.. it also involved EM deposits that went missing.. so it was more than just selling RE without a license or owing it.. and he was high volume he was selling 2 to 3 a week..

Arrested for selling meth, having police survelence equipment, and Posession of a pipe bomb.   

A lot of wholesalers have been fined and/or arrested in Ohio for wholesaling because the way they closed the deal it was against the law.

He's been arrested over 200 times (several of those thanks to me) and was convicted of assaulting a police officer (broke the officer's leg).

Its not illegal, you won't get arrested. 

I then created a model for him ( transactional funding) so that he could come into title on everything he was marketing and things were fine.. he then left our fold and went right back to his bad ways.. gets caught again this time he is arrested and thrown in jail on a Friday in Jackson MS not a place you want to spend a weekend in Jail... and was then banned from the industry for life.I have another vendor I fund here in Oregon .. he simply put a for sale sign in the yard of a home he did not own.. someone turns him in to the state.. 5k in legal fees  cease and desist and 5k fine later ..

They CAN be arrested for brokering without a license though. 

Then the tenant was arrested a few weeks ago and will be in jail for a long time.
