Voice AI is out there and there are impressive demo videos but there’s nothing like a human-to-human trust building conversation.

I has two GREAT property managers that immediately come to mind, one handling 5 high end high rise condos I owned in Phoenix and the other one handling a 12 unit very lower end apartment building I owned in Arlington, Texas.  

I am guessing stricter privacy laws can make this difficult.

I personally like to buy in towns/neighborhoods in which no new builds are possible within 10 miles because all the land is developed.

The plan is to use the heloc to purchase additional properties, and basically brrrr and pay back the balance - then repeat.What I didn't realize is how difficult it is to find a business heloc.

My goal is to build the capital needed to start investing in Real Estate, and I felt this was the best way to get there.I spent 6 years as a project superintendent with a commercial builder, followed by 2 years as a construction manager in the track home industry.

3 seperate buildings, parceled as 3 seperate addresses so investor can get single family financing on this, is that correct?  

The builders that were building rentals are most assuredly going to switch over to rebuilding the higher profit multi-million dollar homes.
