We didn’t even bother touring inside those homes.

I thought about improving a little but my hard money lender guy said don’t even bother putting any money into it. 

For small claims, even if you win, you are unlikely to ever see the money, so I wouldn't bother. 

Sometimes it's ambiguous, but even then, why should I bother with the company that has numerous unresolved lawsuits, versus another company that is virtually the same but has none.

I've never had an appraiser who seemed bothered by the fact that stuck around during the walk-through (most of them are talkers and like the company) and never had an appraiser who didn't want my extra information (again, most of them were very appreciative of anything I had).

We usually only need one day so they’re not bothered again.

I have called and bothered the heck out of them and reminding me what they would be getting for the unit and still tell me that will happen ...well if it didn't happen in the spring and the bookings are light in summer there the year goes. 

And here you are forced to walk through a dark ally and you see at the end of that ally a group of rowdy thugs being all crazy.So are you going to say.. well oh bother, I am so screwed I HAVE to walk down that alley to go home.

They all said it was too small to bother with and I should try to reach a settlement, which I did.The first thing I recommend is putting all this on paper.

I don't live off this cashflow so that alone doesn't bother me.
