I don't mean to bombard you with a bunch of questions but this is all so new new and it's cool learning a new strategythanks again for sharing your story for everyone!

I know they’re being bombarded with issues like mines.

@Evan Jarvis, when you list it on the MLS (whether via a flat fee provider or not), you ARE going through a broker (just not paying them the typical commission structure), so no false advertising.If your market is like ours and you list it as FSBO on  zillow or craigslist, etc, you will be bombarded by agents who want you to list with them or wholesalers making low ball offers.

I want to understand why I am being bombarded with solicitations now from investors wanting to buy my land?

If they mention the words "secret system", "only a few seats left" , "last chance", "my good friend "X" agreed to host this webinar" and they bombard you with emails from other "gurus" they are frauds.  

I like what you're saying about intentionally bombarding the record for appeal.

"Heads up" NotificationLook at what I just learned, now we know why the posts gets bombarded with the simple replies nothing to do where the original post intended to be.

I have done a Direct Mail campaign for @ 4 months and have had some calls but nothing significant - some asked for me to check back with them in a few months - I kind of feel bad bombarding these people with letters if they are not ready to sell....probably need to get over that feeling ;) I need to get a DM campaign strategy going !!

I won't keep bombarding you with more questions, but you pointed me in another direction now and I gave me more intelligent questions to ask.

I recommend you mail once when you get the file from the probate court and then one letter every other month for 3 months after...That way you do no bombard people but you also keep yourself in front of them...Be sincere and genuine in your letters and it will go a long way...remember life is a parade with many different changes a long the way so just get those letters out there...it could be that third letter that gets you the deal and you make 20K on a quick flip :) good luck!
