and very easy to go on line pop companies names in or the MLO name in the system to see if they are real.. if they pop up on that site then they are for sure real.

We do a pretty good deal of site selection with data behind it and use experian as a data source. 

Do a search for Background Checks on the Passive Pockets site.

Even with my former partner (who was our 'PM / GC' on site for our projects), it was sometimes tough navigating the process, managing budgets and costs, and keeping everyone in line, including him. 

I read on JP Morgan Chase's site that they could do the same, but I just haven't spoken to them yet to confirm.
