Try buying "like new", minor blemishes, no warranty of course, but if is a good brand and they are truly selling "like new", you shouldn't have any issues plus a great discount! 

you will get better answers than just posting on the site here.most lenders will look for your credit to not show any major blemishes but they are also going to want to know that you have the experience and know-how to manage a property.so what is you and your potential partner's experience?  

As a regular attendee (and that is my only affiliation) I wholeheartedly agree with her on that.I assume it was an honest mistake but wanted to clear that up before any blemish to Ann's reputation would occur. 

It'll also depend on the area you're in too as nicer areas will have more qualified applicants without blemishes on their record.

I've seen plenty of applicants with sub 600 scores without a blemish on their report.

But I thought to ask for opinions here in regard to this latest thing - The PM advertised, showed the house, and came up with a nice insurance single guy with 790 credit and a completely blemish-less past.  

They should have taken digital pictures of their own documenting each of these blemishes to protect themselves.  

Smooth drywall shows blemishes much more than the textured stuff.

You'll be forced to take legal matters which will effect their chances of finding a rentable place in the future not to mention blemish their credit report.Hope this helps

The two most concerning blemishes to me are the lack of verifiable income and the outstanding debts.
