You basically have no escape plan.

While technically business purpose loans, these will still basically be 30yr (or whatever tenor) fixed rate mortgages.

They had to refinance it to basically kind of save the house now that everything is kind of on track she wants to renovate the property.

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.

The value add was recognizing what the current regulations could allow the land to be used for (basically recognizing current land use did not optimize the value).Good luck
