Your best bet is to get a lawyer. 

Once an offer is accepted, the agent forwards the money to the title company or closing lawyer.

He doesn't like debt or bankruptcy for personal reasons because he was an over-leveraged real estate speculator that couldn’t liquidate his assets fast enough when the bank called his loans at the bottom of the market, leaving him with millions of dollars of debt which resulted in a rough bankruptcy for him.

However, beyond that if they are honest in assessing themselves, they might choose to hire or partner with people who can fill the other roles needed such as a realtor, accountant, lawyer, etc.

I hired a lawyer to get her evicted. 

Does anybody have any advice on this subject, anything I should watch out for, is a lawyer necessary, does everyone have to sign the deed, or is it a straightforward process I can do myself?

When I had my lawyer set up a few of my LLCs, I used my home residence as my LLC address.   

Vetting tenants is essentially the same as regular tenants, but expect lower credit scrores, bankruptcies, etc.  

Definitely would need something on paper backed by lawyers, it is a business at the end of the day. im trying to collect as much information as i can before making any decisions, thank you
