In my book, when you use questionable marketing practices and half-truths on a systematic basis, pretend that you have the interest of the buyer's at heart when in reality you get your pay from and therefore have your interests aligned with those of the developer (and only mention it in the small print that nobody sees because you legally have to), you can't be trusted on anything.Again, I hate to be the party pooper and I hope you'll do as well as you can but I think it not sharing this would be a disservice to the BP community.

Absolutely no truth to prior posts suggesting one address will provide greater asset protection than the other.

@Natasha Norregaard I just refi’d my pri residence in league city using Truth Lending Services in Pearland TX.

This being  said, don’t take my words fit the truth necessarily as I have no crystal bowl.

This makes it almost impossible to tell whether or not you are getting truthful advice because it is every plumber's duty to their boss to generate sales.

So why do I say all this in this light, because it's simply the fact's and truth of it.

Now, with almost 20 years of PM experience you would think that we know everything but that is far from the truth, my team and I are still learning how to deal with certain situations. 

Dave Ramsey has become famous for helping people with impulse control issues, might not like hearing it but it's the truth and fact.

In this industry, people know people very quickly and reputation is everything-- when working alongside others on their financial futures/supporting local economies, truth is the hallmark of success.
