Need to refi 3 vacation rentals
Shopping for lenders to refi 3 vacation rentals in Galveston, TX. We have quite a bit of equity in each. Each cash flows great!
#1 family home we’ve remodeled into a vacation home. 1.5 years in the books. Highest credit score on title is 701.
#2 Single family vacation rental for 5 months in an LLC with Credit score of 630.
#3 duplex- Vacation rental with 3 months rental history. LLC with credit score of 630.
