Thanks for the flowers, Mike, have enjoyed many of your posts as well, and unfortunately, it does appear that no matriarchal societies have indeed survived, although there is a theory about one in Greece that lasted for 1500 years, but alas, gone without a clue as to why.

@Carlos Ptriawan and @Andrew S.Guys, I certainly don't think of myself as a some champion for the STR downtrodden, but in Athens, Greece, after the bottom fell out of the economy, AirBnb played a very large role in saving the average Athens and Thessaloniki family.

Loan constants or factoring tables were commonly found in a book showing different interest rates and to compute the payment you would multiply that factor by 1,000 or a fraction thereof as the loan amount and the result would be the payment amount based on the given amortized periods.IMO, getting tied up in loan constants and factoring is ancient manipulations when you can be much more accurate using a financial calculator.

Not like the one between those two ancient institutions in our state (where there have been recorded fist-fights and deaths from heart attacks - in beauty parlors - during the AU - UA games).Enjoy the season and don't get too uptight.
