So maybe my ulterior motive was therapy.  

I read those and decided to pivot to buy and hold instead of flipping, mainly due to me working 70-90 hours per week at my other two jobs (I own my own coaching/therapy business in Lexington, MA called Think-diff Institute and also work full-time at the VA in Boston with homeless Veterans).

The vacant space is technically office space, but could be used as a yoga studio, gym, event space, etc.

It's not just leaky toilets, but stuff like giving relationship therapy to tenants who are boyfriend and girlfriend so that they don't break up, causing one of them to break their lease, etc. 

I have big big goals and dreams for this and it is my true passion, I have a background in holistic therapy and doing this work brings me so much joy!

Or myself for example: providing therapy to inmates in the hopes when they get out they don’t continue to commit crime and hurt people.  

Building is well established and anchored by a women's health & beauty spa and a large regional mortgage office with a healthy mix of long term tenants ranging from Yoga studio to Interior Designers.I currently own 12 residential units but this will be my first commercial investment. 

She is a physical therapist, and starting in March, we are planning on beginning travel therapy.
